Very convenient and standard hotel
It's a very well-connected hotel. We never actually had to leave the underground/station mezzanine to get inside the hotel. This was just an overnight stopover stay, but it ticked the boxes. The room is a little aged, and some furniture was starting to fall apart, but we didn't mind too much, especially at the price point of our stay.

Room is really small but I think that’s normal for Japanese hotel. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient. Hotel breakfast is really good - a wide variety of Japanese food and some western food like scrambled eggs, bread products, sausages. My favorite indulgence is the soft serve ice cream machine.

Met and welcomed by the manager who checked us in. This property is very convenient by train. There is a bus transfer to the airport within 50 metres from the front of the hotel. It is just opposite Diamaru shopping center. There are nearby good eateries but please book in advance. A good place to stay and revisit.

The reception is always busy but the check-in was efficient. I booked a triple room and found its too small. The lobby is located on 7th floor and there is no covered unloading area making it very inconvenient is bad weather. This hotel is good for business trip but not for family vacation.

Great Stay
The hotel was right on the corner across the street from Sapporo station. So convenient to both main station and also subway station. The hotel building is under construction so you might not recognize it but once you find it you’ll know how convenient it is. At check in the hotel tries to make you self check in but the person at the desk helps you .The hotel has a few amenities near the reception center and a lounge on the same floor with a coffee machine. There’s a LAWSON convenience store right behind the building. I enjoyed my stay there with all the convenience.

I found the Gracery Hotel very convenient to the train station but there was a lot of road works around the hotel building which made it difficult to navigate. The rooms very very small and cramped but tidy. There was also a lot of construction going on in the foyer which made it noisy and cramped. 1. 飯店中文名稱是「札幌格拉斯麗酒店」，已經不再是「華盛頓酒店」，請麻煩更改名稱，不要再誤導別人。現在搜尋「華盛頓酒店」會跑去另外一家酒店，我因為這樣多繞了很多路，影響了我出遊的心情。 2. 飯店位置方便，在大丸百貨南門正對面，飯店B1可直接連接札幌車站，步行約10分鐘，不過飯店招牌不明顯，只有在高樓頂端有「Gracery hotel」的字樣，不太好找。 3. 住宿空間乾淨但偏小，如果行李過多會有些不方便。 4. 人員態度良好
