Pros: -perfect location to events, dinning, and bars -the hotels decor was colorful, vibrant, and fun Cons: -no parking! -water pressure is extremely low -fire alarm went off anytime we showered -it’s super noisy. You can hear the festivities outside and the people walking in the halls.

The place is a new and it needs a lot of work. There is no designated parking. There was very little hot water (none). No AC. And the place was not very clean, it looks clean but it wasnt. It is right smack in the middle of the main boulevard so if you are ready to be up all night then this is a convenient place. I recommend this for a couple who is partying for the weekend.
