Not worth the money
It’s sad they didn’t inform us that the only good restaurant Fiji is closed every Tuesday. We found out after we had our dinner Monday night. We ended up having to eat in our room on Tuesday night. Overall feeling is Not welcoming compared to Shangri-La which is an amazing hotel. There’s 2 of us. In the bathroom, the gave is 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and one bath mat. No washcloths, toothbrushes, shower cap and each queen beds only have 2 tiny pillows. One thing good about them is the saltwater lagoon is open 24 hrs and they also have live music by the lagoon.

Stay was a great experience but cleanliness of the lagoon/pool was below par as slime was very much noticeable at the time. However, the hotel is still undergoong massive repairs during my very brief stay in fairness to the management. I commend the staff’s very attentive and courteous behavior that exceeded my expectation. Food at the buffet was mediocre.

I had such a lovely time at the resort. It was quiet and so pretty to walk around. There was some construction and they had to close parts of the lagoon for cleaning, but there was always an option to swim. The staff were so professional and hospitable. Welcoming and accomodating. My stay was relaxing and memorable. Thank you!

Very nice resort. People of Cebu are so friendly. One year after the big typhoon you can see a lot of damage. Amazing that the resort is in such good condition. Definitely support them on their road back to full strength!
