Check in was horrible at first as the first person to check me in did not understand the room that I booked. My room allowed 4 people per the room description where as the desk person wanted me to get an extra room. Seems after a few phone calls on their part it turned out I was correct. Manager gave me gave me free breakfast for the fourth person for my troubles. Food and service was good from then on.

We were very disappointed being our 2 nd stay here , As we found the breakfast Buffet selection below average and the quality of the food was below average . The staff lacked basic catering and communication skills . Our room suffered plumbing problems and the shower had low pressure issues . The Hotel seemed more focussed on running venues for the locals rather than looking after their hotel guests . We definitely won’t be staying here again .

The family suite is minimally furnished. There is one underpowered AC unit in the whole place which did not do the job. We received minimal towels and they limited us to one roll of toilet paper per day for a family of 4. Their restaurant is seriously overpriced and getting transportation from the resort into Moalboal is gouging. Our reservation was for 5 nights. We left early. Do not recommend for the price.
