Hotel was ok a bit noisy. Facilities were ok. Gym equipment was poorly maintained. TV remote didnt work. Broken stuff in bathroom. And based on an eco excuse the heating and AC were switched off. Really hot in room at night. Breakfast didnt start till 0800 which was pretty late. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok but nothing special

Quick stayover.
Was passing trough the city and needed a bed for the night. Booked the room 30 min before arrival. Nice clean room, good bed and a nice bathroom. Parked in the street just outside my room. A Reasonable quiet street. Had my terrace door open all night and was not disturbed. Checked out before breakfast and headed further south. If I will need a room I will come back.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is very nice, been there before. The only issue we had was the Air con wasn´t working. The personal told us that it was because they were exchanging from Hot air to cold air and unfortunately it was in the day we were staying there. The room was nice, good quality. Parking in the street( free) or inside( 10 euros).

Little gem in hidden in L Albir
Very nice, delicate hotel, beautiful views from the 360 terrace/bar. Plenty of good food. The bed a bit too soft for my back, not located right on the beach (cca 8min walk downhill) but with a car everything is reachable. Very helpful and polite staff. Overall happy and thank you.

It was a nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and food seemed good Just a prewarning, it's located up quite a steep hill, so could be awkward to get to if you have mobility issues, but they do offer a free 'shuttle' down to the town every hour for most of the day which was good. Only negative was it's starting to look abit tired In places, so could do with abit of a spruce up soon.

I would return though I think the hotel should be more alive. Window balconies were not clean. They wouldn't replace our glasses in the room, which I dont understand why. Shampoos and other things were not replaced properly! Entertainment should be more in the way people participate

Noch nie so schlechten Aufenthalt gehabt
Personal im allgemeinen nicht besonders freundlich. Ameisen im Bad, auch nach dem Sprühen nicht geholfen. Frühstückt war disaster, ungeniessbar und kalt. Essen ehe wie in einer Kantine. Kaffee war total ungeniessbar. Hatte mit Frühstück für 6 Nächte gebucht-nur zwei mal gefrühstückt-nicht mehr auszuhalten. Ging danach ins Restaurant ausserhalb Hotel. 100 mal besser! Putzfrauen reden so laut miteinander im Gang am Morgen, kann man keine Ruhe haben. Zimmer schlecht geputzt, Fusel am Boden und Staub. Einen Tag sogar „vergessen“ Zimmer zu putzen. War froh endlich weg zu gehen. Nie wieder!

Hotell i Albir
Maten på hotellet var ensidig/lite variasjoner. Er glad i egg og bacon, men baconet på dette hotellet var lite innbydende pga lite stekt. Drikke til middagen var heller ikke inkludert slik det er på mange andre all inclusive hoteller. Renholdet var bra med renhold hver ukedag. Sitteplassene i resepsjonen og i barområdet virket slitne og skittne. Pluss for at hotellet var i et rolig del av Albir.

Lite hyggelig personale, ikke imøtekommende eller interessert i å hjelpe. Elendig utvalg på frokosten, ingen grønnsaker som tomater, agurk, løk, paprika, kornblanding var alt blandet i en skål, bare 1 kaffemaskin, konstant kø ved den, fikk heller ikke lov å ta med en kaffekopp fra frokostsalen til rommet. Badehåndklær til bassenget måtte leies, det kostet 20 euro. Generelt en kjip opplevelse ved dette oppholdet, skuffet!
