Terrible experience
When we check in, the hotel staff told us that there was no any room available in the hotel, and asked us to call Hotels.com for refund. Meanwhile, other guests were checking in, which means there were rooms available and the staff is lying. Staffs here will actually cancel guest booking simply because a type of room is full and they do not want to upgrade us. Terrible service, staff and hospitality!

I chose it because its vip access, they didn't upgrade me even I was given a twin bedroom. The wine was supposed to be complimentary but they didn't give me unless I asked for it. The view of the room was terrible I didn't know it was facing cemetary.

The room is a bit dated and the air cond air flow is quite noisy. Tried to turn down a bit but the noise remain the same. Mattress is confortable and sheet is clean. Overall a comfortable stay considering the extreme affordable price.

Absolutely superb service and just sorry it has taken so long to express my gratitude to the managers & staff. After only 5 hours of arrival I slipped on the way back to the hotel (sober!) and broke my ankle as well as fracturing my leg. It was the first night of a three month trip around the world (Not the best start!) and I was trying to decide whether or not to simply pack up & go home for the next week or so. They could not do enough for me and due to their fantastic attitude I managed to pick myself up to complete my trip. Without their kindness I suspect with hindsight I may well have given up and whilst I struggled to use any of the facilities, everything seemed very nice. I hope to try to make a similar trip again in the future hopefully minus the limb breaking and will certainly be staying here when I return. Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you again in the future.
