This is a wonderful location with natural beauty. The Service does not match the 5 star rating, the prices charged on the island are unrealistic even if most things are obviously imported. It appears that the strategy is to charge the guests maximum for activities as they are a captive audience. I would not recommend this as a 5 star experience

Liked about property : beautiful coral reefs, amazing staff and hospitality, always cheerful and happy. Warm welcome by the staff and the snorkelling excursion with 30min lesson at dive centre was totally worth it. We had booked 3 nights at the water villa and 2 nights at the pool villa. We definitely recommend water villa as it’s simply breathtaking. Didn’t like about property : our island host Nasih wasn’t really helpful at all. This is a 5 star hotel and clients are paying top dollars at such places. Clients shouldn’t have to chase the island host for information. our island host only came to greet us once we called to ask why didn’t we receive an island host yet. Out of the 5 nights, we only saw our island host once. If you ask a question over whatsapp you only get a reply after 2-3 hours therefore you can’t plan your day properly. In-villa dinning had hair in food. After complaining they decided to waive off the bill. However it left a negative experience. Our island host booked dinner for us at Dr.Ali on Sunday and didn’t tell us it was set menu (we were wanting a la carte). We got upset as we weren’t advised of this. We took time to get ready and was looking forward to spend a nice evening to have dinner. We ended up leaving the resto without eating there.
