Sleepless Nights and Privacy Breaches Ruined Our Stay.

My sister and I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel, expecting a relaxing vacation, but our experience was far from restful.
Pros:
Food: The food options were decent and satisfactory.
Pools: The pools were clean and enjoyable.
Cons:
Noise Levels: The noise from surrounding bars was unbearable, with music blaring until 2 or 3 AM every night. Despite wearing ear plugs and noise-cancelling headphones, the noise was so intrusive that we couldn’t get any actual sleep.
Room Brightness: While the main windows had blackout curtains, the bathroom did not, leading to the room being incredibly bright early in the morning and further disrupting our sleep.
Privacy Breach: In a severe breach of privacy, an attendant delivered sandwiches we never ordered around 10 PM. After knocking and receiving no response, he let himself into our room without our permission. This was not only shocking but completely unacceptable.
Despite being Platinum Expedia members, we did not receive any room upgrade. The lack of sleep due to noise and early morning brightness, combined with the invasion of our privacy, significantly ruined our vacation experience. I hope the hotel management addresses these serious issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
