The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests. Staff didn't have much knowledge about the surrounding area. We found out that there was a festival going on nearby, but staff knew nothing about it. Management should have provided them with the relevant information - such details would surely interest guests.

Convenient, large parking space.
We booked 3 rooms (standard). Since need accessibility to our surprise, two (2) rooms were upgraded for free, because we brought mom ( on wheelchair). We felt very thankful. Overall, it was very relaxing because of the surrounding area still green, large space for walking.

大雨の中到着しましたが、まったくケアしてもらえませんでした。同時間にチェックアウトする団体に気を取られていたのでしょか。しかしその後、すれ違うスタッフからも会者すら感じられませんでした。インドネシアはフレンドリーな人が多い中、こんなこと感じたことはあまりありません。

ada 1 insiden ketika saya cek in, saya datang jam 2, tapi disuruh menunggu sampai jam 3 dan setelah saya komplain saya diberikan kamar yang mana tempat tidurnya 2bh single padahal saya pesan 1bh queen. setelah saya komplain lagi baru dikasih kamar sesuai. kamarnya berisik, kita terganggu akan aktifitas dari kamar sebelah dan atas. tapi kamarnya luas, tanpa kulkas dan ac. fasilitas kamar cukup ok

The garden is very nice. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Pity that the rooms are not well maintained and a bit worn. Warm water was very limited. All in all I had a pleasant stay, but relatively expensive when I take in to account the condition of the rooms.

Hoe is het mogelijk dat een hotel in zo'n prachtige omgeving, zulke belachelijk slechte kamers heeft? Ontzettend gehorig, onder andere door de tussendeur. Veel te klein. Geen koelkast of kluis. Vieze dekens, lakens en kussenslopen. Daarentegen zijn de hotelfaciliteiten weer prima in orde. Schoon zwembad en een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel.
