He canceled our return booking stating it was unavailable after i had paid and got confirmation number then stated I had cancelled-Listed as B&B (2 small packs of cookies)-was not free airport transport-another couple shared the flat without our knowledge in advance SURPRISE!-communication fine until cancel date expired-did not provide return transport as promised-changed early arrival the day we arrived-charged 20 euro tax on day we left which had already been paid and collected by expedia-no management on property and horrible to nonexistent communication
