Gem!
Couldn’t fault anything. Really commendable is their effort to sustainability. It is well located and is walking distance to everything in the city centre. I had a pleasant stay and rest and will definitely book them again when I come back to Oulu.

Average Hotel, Possible Druggies
I would really just call this hotel average. It was in a good central location, but it wasn't that nice looking. Also, some guy on drugs slept in the hallway a couple doors down from my room. The hotel had a number that you could call security, but no phone in the room, so that didn't really help. My wife was a bit anxious all night. We told the front desk about it in the morning and they at least seemed concerned though.

Technologically advanced hotel. User-friendly options, multiple elevators which was very helpful and winding stairs that were easily navigable w/ luggage. Hotel security cameras were a great feature and the location in the city centre was very nice.

Hotellilta olisi saanut lainata sateenvarjoja ulkoilua varten, jos olisimme niitä tarvinneet, sillä saapuessamme vettä satoi. Illalla klo 22 jälkeen hotelliin pääsi sisälle huoneen avainkortilla, joten kulkeminen oli sujuvaa iltatapahtuman jälkeen. Huoneessa olisi saanut olla rulla talouspaperia omien eväiden syömistä ja astioiden kuivaamista varten.

Muuten kaikki oli täydellistä, mutta suihku/vessa metelöi yöllä erittäin kovaäänisesti ja suihkusta alkoi tulla itsekseen vettä muutaman kerran. Jos emme olisi heränneet ääniin, emme olisi huomanneet edes. Pysäköinti oli maksullista alueella ja vuorokausi pysäköintihallissa 20€. Autolla matkustaville hotelli ei ole paras. Muuten kaikki oli kuten sanottua hienoa. Aamiainen hyvä, sängyt mukavia, huoneet siistejä ja palvelu ystävällistä.
