Fleabag by the Spanish Steps!
COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! The place is so filthy, we didn’t check in and it was 11pm with my 80 year old Mom in the car! The photos are 20 years old. It’s disgusting and when I spoke to the owner over the phone, he yelled at me and hung up. We are now in litigation.

Very disappointed. Found the area of the hotel inconvenient for us. Didn’t realize the rooms were all over the place. We were with friends and we each had a different place and some were very hard to get to, stairs no elevator etc… Wish we had researched it more. We also had walking disabilities and it was very far to walk if you didn’t use the Spanish Steps.

Great sized apartment and rooms. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Right at the top of the Spanish steps with access to great shopping and restaurants. Only difficulty is getting a taxi early morning as they don’t seem to come that way until later. Great breakfast included and the staff were very helpful.

Great location!
The stay was good overall. The front desk staff is very helpful in giving recommendations for tours and restaurants. They will even make reservations or book tours for you. Shopping is close by with a design district and tourist shops. The only issue was getting a taxi early in the morning for flights or tours or late at night.

This hotel was in a great location. We had a beautiful view from our window. Breakfast was typical for Italy in that there were a lot of sweet offerings. But it had some savory options as well.
