Not a professionally managed hotel.
Due to bad weather condition we had to prepone our date of check out. However, the hotel refused to charge upto the date of check out but charged upto the date of actual booking inspite of advance intimation. This is not logical and acceptable.
Moreover, the hotel is not run by qualified and trained people.
