I stayed here back in 2019. Back then the pool was working and the room seemed more comfortable. This time around the pool was closed; the air conditioner not as cool; but for the 2 days there it good enough and would probably come here again.

Needs some updates
This could be a great hotel; however, it needs some well deserved maintenance and updates. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need to be deep cleaned (our room smelled like smoke and there were burn holes in one of the bed comforters); the bathroom floors were dirty/worn and the air conditioning did not cool the room and left it with a "musty" smell. If those things would be addressed, this hotel would be a great stop: nice family area, big open spaces, good food and choices in the bar.

Unhappy camper ⛺️
The air conditioner was not working in my room. I tried to talk to the desk about this daily. I found out they knew before placing me in the room. Promising me it would be fixed by morning. After second night of terrible ac the front desk person told me there was nothing he could do and I was basically out of luck. Had to go to desk for towels. We also went to front desk for garbage bags. And toilet paper. Beds were comfortable but there was items from last guest under one - a vape , a bangle bracelet, a pacifier , a sock. Faucet was very dirty on underside. When I also voiced these concerns to front desk gentleman he said he couldn’t do anything. I was very upset with his careless attitude. Day of checkout a cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8 am and asked what time we would be leaving. Never once did anyone come to our room except to supposedly fix the ax and the toilet any other time other than to let us know it was time to leave? Check out time is 11am although it says on site 12pm
