Great hotel for the Mall of America
The king suite was fantastic. We loved having a kitchenette including a dishwasher! Breakfast was fairly basic but good. The free shuttle to the Mall of America was a nice surprise since it was too cold to walk. Getting dropped off right at the door was better than parking at the mall.

Will not be returning
This hotel has very limited parking due to them renting out the spots for park n fly. Doesn't leave enough parking for the hotel guests. The front desk people were not very friendly at all. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the TV next door to us like it was in our own room. Otherwise it is a nice hotel and seems clean.

Parking in short supply
The hotel itelf and the staff were good, however there was no parking availability. They had apparently over sold "park and fly" so all of the parking spaces were consumed. We had to park at a sister hotel 5 minutes away and be shuttled back and forth to our car. I'll think twice before booking this hotel again and this was our second stay because the first stay was great.
