Hotel was in a good location- trams, buses and metro were all close by and city centre was in walking distance. Room was spacious with all the basic facilities you need. Mattress on bed was a bit hard for our liking. It was quite noisy at night so we struggled to sleep. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

We booked this property for a romantic break for my 40th because of the spa the hotel boasted. I emailed the hotel a week before our arrival to enquire about booking the spa services- I did not receive a reply. On arriving at the hotel we were informed the spa was out of service as it was under construction- this was very upsetting. Not once had Expedia or the hotel got in touch with us prior to the holiday to inform us of this. In fact our confirmation letter from the hotel reminded us to book their spa services. I checked Expedia and the hotels own website whilst we were on holiday at the hotel and again on returning home. The hotel is still being advertised as boasting a spa- not once do any of the sites state that it is actually out of use. Further more reviews elsewhere suggest construction has been underway at this spa hotel for a long time and lots of other travellers have encountered the same problem. Shame on you Expedia and royal court hotel / spa.

Very clean
Room was very clean and roomy. Bed and pillow was very comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Large screen TV was difficult to operate, staff had to help 2 times to get a picture. Spa hot tub was only available in 2 hour increments for a fee of 50 euros. Towels are changed every 3 days and a 5 euro fee for new ones in between. Restaurant and grocery were a few blocks or so away.
