Lovely accommodation, great location 5 min from the beach. Good facilities including excellent breakfast. Only negative was the garden view was a wall of jungle, may have relaxed on the balcony if this wasn't the case.

We stayed for 2 weeks and were overall satisfied with our stay (2 adults 18 month old baby). The hotel is nice. The rooms are also quite nice. We had a quiet room with pool view. We used the kids activity room from time to time. Daily breakfast is also good. Very friendly staff, especially Dao from the front office team! However, be aware that there is a tremendous amount of stairs anywhere you want to go. Not a problem if you are a healthy adult, but if you have a stroller and a small baby it does get tiring.

Unforgettable way to ring in the New Year!
I planned a surprise getaway for my wife and decided to ring in the New Year by the beach in Krabi! Deciding to stay at Holiday Inn Resort was an awesome idea! The hotel itself is very clean, the staff is amazing and there is a lot of variety in the buffet breakfast. The location is superb! Minutes away from the beach on foot, there are a lot of stores and restaurants, you will definitely find whatever you are looking for! Will we ever come back? YOU BET!!! We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back!!! Thank you for pampering us and making the first days of 2023 unforgettable!!!

The stay was very pleasant one for our family. The staff was very polite and helpful. The bathroom drainage was choked and it was difficult to manage. The hotel repaired it after I complained. Also ours was a king bed but were given a queen size bed. I hope the hotel looks into this going forward.
