of the best views in Mammoth and overlooks the Snowcreek Golf Course
Fairways. Gaze upon the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Rock while you
relax and spread out in this spacious home featuring over 2,500 sq ft
of space. There is plenty of seating for everyone upstairs and the
living room features a flat screen Smart TV with DVD player, cozy gas
fireplace, and two separate dining areas offering dining for a total
of 16. Cook meals with friends and family in the full deluxe kitchen,
fully stocked with everything you could need. Enjoy the comforts of
home with in unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, private 2-car garage,
and gas grill on the back can even bring Fido as this home is
pet-friendly! The master bedroom has an incredible view with private
deck to enjoy your morning coffee and offers guests a King size bed,
50" flat screen TV, private gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom with
double vanity and upgraded custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom
downstairs has two Queen beds with an en-suite bathroom with
tub/shower combo and private deck. On the upper level of the home, are
two additional bedrooms both offering a Full Bed plus Twin over Twin
bunk beds. These bedrooms offer an identical sleeping configuration,
and in addition the open alcove offers a Full sleeper sofa. The third
full bathroom with separate vanity and dual sinks is on this top
level. The home is extremely well stocked with all of the amenities to
make your stay even more comfortable, a fun record player and games
helps create even more memories! With walking trails directly from
your back deck, and snow fields for the kids to play in while you
watch from beside the cosy fireplace, this is a Mountain retreat you
don't want to miss. The community offers a public hot tub nearby. No
smoking, pets on a request basis only. This unit has an occupancy of
12-14. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek
Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool,
steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and
