One night in Dusseldorf

Nice and quiet hotel with a good location. Breakfast was good. My room was not properly cleaned when i checked in, but the bed and bathroom was perfect so i did not care

Bad communication and inflexible

I tried canceling, I paid for insurance, tried to contact the hotel and was super late reply, zero empathy or understanding. Between hotels, insurance and the hotel, they made me hate the idea of putting a foot in that hotel.

Sehr gut!

Sehr modernes Gebäude mit exzellenter Aussicht aus vermutlich so gut wie allen Zimmern, wir hatten eins im 8. Stock und höher müsste es für bessere Aussicht auch nicht sein. Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sauber. Ebenso das Bad. Wir hatten, vermutlich zufällig, ein behindertengerechtes Bad, welches ebenso groß und angenehm war. Einzig die Sauberkeit bezüglich zweier Haare, die wir im Bad auf dem Waschtisch fanden, sowie dass in unserem Fall offenbar der Lichtschalter des großen Badlichtes defekt war und das Licht über an war (bei geschlossener Tür kein Problem) und auch die fehlende Minibar und Regendusche im Bad (es wirkte wie ein Hotel, das sowas haben sollte) waren kleine Minuspunkte. Nichts wildes, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Self Check-In hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert!

Rent och fräscht. Mkt god frukost med massor att välja mellan. Hade önskat att de öppnade ngt tidigare. Gärna kl 07.00. Fantastisk utsikt över Vättern fr rummet.

Besviken familj

Vi hade betalat extra för ett rum högt upp. När vi kommer kl 15.00 får vi veta att rummet inte är städat och vi blir flyttade fråm våning 13 till våning 7. Stor besvikelse då vi sålde in utsikten för barnen. Rummet vi fick som var "städat" hade popcorn på golvet och även annat skräp. Kladd på fönsterna så utsikten blev ännu sämre. Kuddarna i sängen fruktansvärt små och platta, vattentrycket i duschen katastrof. Tog en kvart att skölja ut schampo och balsam. Finns knappt parkering nära hotellet, garaget rymmer ca 30 bilar och tillhör inte hotellet dvs vem som helst kan parkera där. Överlag är vi så besvikna med tanken på priset som vi betalade för två nätter. Finns nog mer prisvärda hotell i Jönköping. Detta är sönderhypat pga utsikten och läget. Frukosten var bra och i princip det enda positiva som vi kan komma på. Gör er besväret att leta efter ett annat hotell ;-)

Det mesta har varit väldigt bra, men lite konstigt att hotellet inte har en bar/restaurang som har öppet innan klockan 16. Tursamt nog ligger O’Learys mitt emot.

Fräscht fint hotellrum med en underbar utsikt över Vättern och Tändsticksområdet. Jätteskön säng och frukosten var i världsklass. Ett minus för att det saknades kyl på rummet och att det var dåligt vattentryck i duschen. Ett skohorn hade gärna fått finnas också. Men överlag en trevlig vistelse i en väldigt fin miljö.

Perfekt på alla vis

Hotell precis vid Vätterstranden med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och mycket centralt läge. Trevlig personal och härlig frukost i mysig lokal. Enkelt att parkera bilen i det kommunala garaget under hotellet med rimlig parkeringsavgift. Allt toppen!

Väldigt trevligt bemötande av personalen. De hade också gjort väldigt trevligt med ballonger, godis och popcorn i fina presentkartonger till min sambo och våra döttrars pappa som fyllde 65 år den dagen vi kom. Sakerna var på rummet när vi kom och blev väldigt uppskattat av jubilaren.
