Great location on the beach, staff and service every good. Easy to get around there is a hill to climb to reception but do have a golf buggy also. Overall really enjoyed it here a little tired but they keep the grounds and rooms very tidy

Nice place near the beach
Nice and cosy hotel near the water. The staff was really helpful and always friendly. They have sunbeds by the water but unfortunately no beach at the hotel. When traveling with kids you will most probably go to the beach and there is a limited amount of places to rent sunbeds. But if you're on time there will be no issue. However other than that there isn't anything to complain about.

Power went out for an entire night from 6 pm to 12 am - resulted in some cockroaches entering the bathroom which I had to kill. Property is nice and good price but no way is it a 5 star - more like a 3 star hotel. The showers were also not powerful and my toilet did not flush. Pool was nice and rooms were large. A beautiful quiet resort at the quiet end of chaweng. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The beach was beautiful and quiet. If you want a resort away from the hustle and bustle of central Chaweng, but still within walking distance then Briza is the perfect resort

3rd stay at the Briza
Have stayed at this hotel before and the experience previously was so much better. The room was tired, the air conditioning leaked and had to be repaired twice during our stay. Breakfast was poor at best, food generally cold no matter what time you went for breakfast and limited choices Stairs leading to beach were dangerous and although when mentioned to Ken they were repaired that morning, they should not have been allowed to fall into such a dangerous level of disrepair. I have to say that the activities in the hotel for the full moon celebration were excellent Sadly no longer the hotel of choice for us in Chaweng now, there are better hotels for the same price We stayed in a room with plunge pool, broken tiles in the pool and generally just tired and in need of refresh

A peaceful hotel by the ocean with good people
The resort is located by the ocean in a very peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle but just a 10min walk away from it. There are a couple of amazing restaurants on the beach right next to the hotel for lunch or sunset drinks. The staff was very kind and professional and helped with anything I needed, a soecial thank you for that! The place was clean, well maintained and had everything you need for a great holiday. Definitely recommend!
