The front desk staff who checked us in and out are extremely rude. At check out when we were double checking if any privileges from our membership booking applied, he literally lied to on our face saying discount has been applied which it has not according to all the receipts that i go through on the spot. After that in told him he shall just be honest instead of making it up. He didn’t even apologise and was rushing us to pay! Without even a good bye or thank you which is extremely unusual in thailand as this country has been my second home for over 20 years. Stingy on room amenities too, need multiple requests on basic items like tooth brushes and tooth paste. Terrible gym facilities, lack of equipment and maintenance. Looks likes it’s from the 80s.

Its my third time staying at the Pavilion and its great! A couple of ways it could be improved room wise (Grand Villa): 1) Better lighting in the room - its very dark. 2) Some sort of bead head - there isn't one which makes it impossible to sit up in bed say to read a book or watch a film. 3) Storage wise, there are no drawers, so other than the wardrobe there is no where to unpack your clothes into. Food wise, the breakfast included is the same every day which is a bit repetitive and boring. Vegetarian food options are also a bit limited.

Room was great with a tub on the balcony and comfortable beds. Good selection at breakfast, and right on the beach. Staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. We left very early on our checkout day, before the restaurant opened, and they arranged for a take-away breakfast for us (without us having to ask).

Room quite nice but unhappy with our balcony position with no view of anything [over staff entrance].Lighting in the room was poor and the wardrobe hooks too high! Excellent fridge. Comfortable bed.
