It was a huge disappointment. This was the last stop on our honeymoon and we were looking forward to relaxing at the hotel, but we couldn't wait to leave here.
On hotels.com it advertises (as of September 2017) that there is in-room wifi, but there is NOT. And the wifi in the lobby area is very spotty. When we went to reception with the issue, we got absolutely no help. When we showed her our printout, she responded, "do you see it saying wifi in-rooms on there?" (it just says wifi on our confirmation, it said in-room wifi on hotels.com when we booked). We had ask to move rooms to one closer to the wifi area and she said no.
The room was in okay condition, but the towels felt really used (at least they were clean though). None of the sheets or towels were changed until the last day. There were no complimentary shampoos or soap.
On the second day, we had ants in our room with no open food containers, and we have no idea where they came from.
Breakfast was gross. It was supposed to be until 10am, but when we went at 9am there was already almost nothing left. We ended up eating breakfast out most mornings.
The location was fine since we rented a car. It's right near the airport, but the planes didn't bother us (we live near an airport).
