The hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with private pool and 2nd floor balcony, with a cave style room (3 floors!). The hotel was so relaxing and breakfast was amazing. Only downsides were: Drinks were very expensive, and probably worth it to go to the beach club / marina most nights They could do with another shuttle service, as the taxis were limited and the shuttle booked quickly up if hotel was busy. The breakfast service was a little slow at times, with coffee refills and drink refills, but the view and atmosphere made you forget about it instantly.

It’s a little further out then most places but it has black sands on the private beach and is a perfect place for couples or those with kids as each room has a private pool/hot tub combo. The hotel it’s self was amazing. The only downsides where the room was very cold especially in the evening. The staff where incredible in terms of house keeping and reception team but some areas of the hotel seemed little bit ridiculous like a very limited vegetarian menu option with zero flexibility to serve pizza from lunch time menu for dinner when the restaurant was completely empty and chefs where idly. Overall a very nice relaxing stay away from hustle and bustle from main town.

The hotel itself is just perfect: brand new, offering almost private beach, private pools in some rooms, high end restaurant with sea view where à la carte breakfast is proposed. The staff is very professional and friendly, particularly Sandra at the reception and Babis in the restaurant. Towels and robes are provided and changed twice per day. There is a small spa in the hotel. But the area around is not well maintained (as the whole island), there is a lot of trash alongside the roads and on the beach outside of hotel, no sidewalks and a lot of unfinished buildings around.

The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and works hard, and the hotel sits directly on the beach with excellent views from the pool. If you’re looking for a quieter part of Santorini away from the crowds of Oia, this location may suit you well. That said, this property simply does not meet the expectations of a five-star luxury resort. The overall feel is much closer to a four-star hotel—or even something comparable to a Courtyard by Marriott or Hampton Inn in the United States—than a luxury resort. The hotel is divided by a large parking lot, including parking used by an adjacent property, which significantly detracts from the resort atmosphere. Our transportation experience was also disappointing. We arranged and paid for two private vans from the airport but were instead placed on a shared shuttle. One member of our group accidentally left a phone behind, and neither the hotel nor anyone else could even identify or contact the transportation company that had been arranged. Service was inconsistent in other ways as well. By late afternoon (around 5:00 p.m.), there were no beach towels available at the pool, and staff stopped replenishing them even though the pool remained open. Our luggage was simply left outside our room instead of being delivered inside. The spa was also underwhelming, with very small, dark treatment rooms that felt more like a basement than a luxury spa. The guest rooms are clean and perfectly adequate, but they are not luxurious.
