I love everything on the hotel ,room very clean and comfortable ,the staff were very friendly they solve quickly our issues and gave us a better room and breakfast to compensate. However: Room 105 (where we stayed) is below a central sewage pipe and no isolation exists- which means that whenever someone above flushed it sounded accordingly (!) and even as if water was dripping from the ceiling. If you too are light sleepers, recommend to choose another room.

A paradise in Barcelona
Our stay was amazing! We unfortunately lost out on our first night in Barcelona due to flight delays but checked in the second day when we finally arrived and the staff were so courteous, kind, and communicative. I sent them a message through Hotels.com to alert them of our later arrival and they understood. The welcome drinks, bar credit, and surprise hotel room upgrade made our stay wonderful. We had lunch at the hotel cafe as well which was delicious. We would definitely come back!
