About this apartment

Enjoy the bustling vibes of Geelong in this modern and spacious townhouse. Only a 5-10 min walk to some of Geelong’s coolest cafes and restaurant’s. 2 min walk to GMHBA Stadium, just across the road and short drive to Geelong CBD or head down to the Bellarine or Surf Coast for a day trip at the beach.

The Space:

‘Moderni Latrobe’ is well appointed with all the essential amenities including fast NBN cable, Smart TV with Netflix account, Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker and outdoor space with BBQ. The property is also pet friendly (ideally only a small dog). The home is split over two levels. The ground floor hosts the 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom and euro laundry. Head upstairs and you enter an open plan living space and the master bedroom with ensuite.

Internally the property consists of 2 bedrooms, main with queen and second bedroom with queen also ideally sleeping up to 4 guests. There is also a porta-cot on hand and fold-out sofa that can be set up to sleep additional adult/child on request. Both bathrooms feature large double vanity’s, shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery and microwave. The main living room features split system heating and cooling, smart TV and breakfast bar. There is an outdoor setting with large sliding doors to open the space up on summer days. The downstairs bedroom is also cooled and heated with its own split system.

You will have access to the entire house with off-street parking for one car within a secure garage with remote roller door.

The property is situated in Newtown, one of Geelong’s most premiere suburbs. Surrounded by beautiful old heritage homes and the close to Pakington Street which hosts many shops, cafes and restaurants.
