I was very disturbed being on the bottom floor as a female solo traveler. I was called in the middle of the night on the landline phone in my room by a male requesting to get into my room which was very frightening. I did not feel safe for the majority of my stay and would not recommend for female traveler’s to stay on your bottom floor alone. The cleaning was also not up to standard as per your reviews
