Place is old and sorely in the need of renovation! The toilet back up and was full of fecal matter and we had to move to another room. The other room looks like it had not been renovated for 40 years. They had rugs on the floor that were dirty and smelled like feet. Nobody! Not a single staff member could speak anything other than Portuguese! The only good thing was the breakfast, but it was overcrowded!

De modo geral a nota é 7. O hotel é bom, mas é um hotel muito antigo e parou no tempo. A decoração é toda muito antiquada. Fiquei em um dos quartos mais caros do hotel e o teto do chuveiro tinha infiltração e mofo. A área de lazer deixa a desejar. A piscina é pequena. Imagino que na alta temporada deva ser impraticável. A sauna então, minúscula e não esquenta direito. O espaço fitness conta com equipamentos muito ruins e antigos, com exceção talvez da esteira e das bicicletas estacionárias. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade, mas nada que possa ser considerado “maravilhoso”. Os pães e bolos são secos e parecem terem sido feitos no dia anterior. O bairro é bom, mas o hotel fica relativamente isolado dos pontos turísticos e restaurantes, fazendo com que tudo tenha que ser feito de carro. A praia fica a 15-20 min andando e a praia mais próxima para banho é a Praia do Farol da Barra. Enfim, sendo um hotel da rede Vila Galé e pelo preço que custa, eu esperava muito mais.

Hotel bem localizado, a vista é deslumbrante. O atendimento é ótimo, muito prestativo o funcionário Edson. Os funcionários são simpáticos, atendem bem. O prédio está um pouco desgatado precisando reformas. O café da manhã (pequeno almoço) precisa melhorar um pouco. Mas é um bom hotel, recomendo.

Água do chuveiro caia pouquíssima. Faltou shampoo no banheiro. Ralo do box entupido. Hotel precisa de uma boa manutenção. Controle remoto da tv quebrado.Demoraram 24 horas para trocar e mesmo assim trocaram por um controle velho
