Lovely welcome, helpful staff when our key wouldn't work a few time and fixed the problem. The pool and spa was great to unwind after busy sightseeing and loved the view from the balcony. Central location and a great pub a few steps away.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Toilet paper and hand wash was not replenished on day two. I had to leave a note on the third day asking for the hand wash to be refilled. Lounge was grubby, and throw cushions had marks. Balcony looking into carpark - that was my own fault for not booking a north terrace view room I guess. Parking is expensive.

While the accomodation is okay, the check in staff aren’t exactly warm and friendly. The $30 a night car parking is a challenge to enter and navigate in anything but a compact car, and the lifts look like a junkie haven.
