Love this hotel.
Great location. Connects directly to the beach. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The timings if the room cleanings are a bit unpredictable, but they clean to a high standard. Food at the breakfast was great.

Older beach resort that needs some TLC…shower dripping, room door not able to open, etc. Needs to improve in room coffee service. Excellent staff that did their best to make everything right incl providing a shower mat that took a couple of days to show up.

Great resort right on the beach in Patong and in the centre of all things Patong. Good buffet breakfast and the staff at this resort were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again. If you are looking for a nice resort, that is of good standard for South East Asia and being on the beach in the thick of the Patong excitement….this is the place.

Nice at 1st sight, but... rats, construction,...
Stayed one night in Phatong and Impiana Resort. Had booked last minute and while the hotel looked nice at first instance, had bad experience later. There is a construction site next door and they start building at 6:30 in the morning. One does not get any sleep for the rooms next to the building site (e.g. room 107). Also there are many rats in the resort. While staying at the pool and when it is a little bit more quiet with guests, the rats come running around the pool, on and under the sun beds. Took pictures and showed it to the reception. The hotel proposed a 50% credit of the room charge which they later refused to hotels.com. Happy with hotels.com managing, but disappointed about the hotel, the stay and their handling later on.

My partner and I love this place! It was so convenient to all the shops and restaurants around Patong. ALL the staff were so polite and respectful. We really felt safe all around. The hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast was great as they change the menu daily- we were able to try a variety of food in the week we stayed!

The access to the beach was my most favorite part about this hotel! It was prime location, if you are into the party/downtown scene, and the room we stayed in was lovely. (And air-conditioned!) Breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit loud at night, but that is to be expected for the area. Would recommend!
