We loved our stay at Brilliance Suites. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The room was clean and the view was gorgeous. Note that the deck faces the sun rise side rather than the sunset and the pool is not heated. Therefore, it was a little cold at this time of the year but we still made the most of it when the sun was out. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the Brilliance Super Bowl. The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Fira and Oia. Not many things are walking distance and we were fortunate enough to rent a car which was necessary given the hilly roads in the area. We will absolutely return to this hotel again next time we visit Santorini.

Brilliance Suites is definitely a highly recommended property to stay at in Santorini. It is at the centre of all major attractions that you need to visit and is only 15 minutes from Oia by car. Very close to the airport and also has an airport shuttle. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and it takes you to all locations. There is also a supermarket and ATM right next to the hotel at a 2 minute walk. The staff are really friendly and housekeeping is on point. The pool is the best bit with its breath taking views. I would recommend getting the honeymoon suite. P.S. the breakfast is also very tasty. 10/10 stars for this property. Me and my wife loved it. Check out their Instagram page for more photos.

Beautiful property, Rooms are clean and outdoor area is spacious. Bus stop close by to get to Oia, market just down the street. It is a short but steeper hill to get up into Imerovigli. ONly con is that the pools are freezing cold. Views are gorgeous of sunrise.

The location was great and quiet. Beautiful view! Private pool outside room was great to have but not heated unfortunately. The staff was very helpful and front desk Despina was a doll and very accommodating to us. You need a car to stay there otherwise you need to walk up steep hills to get to Fira. Cab to Oia or bus takes about 20 minutes

Brilliant Suites, is really a gem. Beautiful room, gorgeous view and the service is absolutely first rate. The staff are a dream – from the moment they welcome you to the moment you leave, nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. The location of brilliant suites is also exceptional. You have beautiful uninterrupted views of the sea, The beautiful countryside just in front of you. Yet a 10 minute walk away is the main town with its beautiful white buildings built into the rocks with wonderful restaurants and bars. All in all, 11 out of 10. It couldn’t have been more perfect

Highly recommend!!! one of the best hotels I’ve been at! We were in suit 306, with an amazing view and the best part was the private pool that was actually bigger than we expected! Also, the manager panos was amazing!! He gave us tips on places to go to on the island and helped us get the most out of our vacation! Accueil déplorable il y avais un vent très fort qui tapais sur l’hôtel, la réception a préféré nous laissé attendre dehors alors que la chambre était prête et nos bagages était à l’intérieur. Résultat une pergola nous est tombé dessus. La piscine était froide et sale. La femme de ménage a juste toquer un coup et est rentré alors que nous dormions. Piscine suite lune de miel tout les gens passent devant et nous voient, le personnel est toujours devant les piscines pour regarde la vue mer donc nous n’avons eu aucune intimité. À 300 e la nuit c’est abusé
