3 ppl, “family suite” it’s really two rooms Oct 23-29. Weather 85*, very windy, sea violent with 5’ waves making the pool the only choice for swimming – except the pool closed day 2. Have to make dinner reservations in advance, ALL “sold out”. Finally got a dinner reservation for night #4. Only got reservations for 2 of 6-night stay. THIS IS FRAUD - charging for services they do not provide. Rather than be helpful, staff EVERYWHERE was nasty - about everything. When asking for information- no one knows anything. Rather than smile as staff denies any inquiry or request, responses are abrupt and nasty - with no alternatives or apology. Front desk gives you “complaint” email cards instead of addressing your complaint – complaints must be frequent if they have these cards ready to go. Day 3 the pool is FREEZING, offered no explanation, apology or if/when it would re-open. No pool the rest of our stay. The smaller bar pool -murky, dirty water due to everyone being in it and it was too crowded to move or swim if you braved the scum floating on the water. Meal descriptions/labels throughout buffet are in microscopic print. Asked “customer service” desk for directions to water taxi, she said “head towards the bridge”. Greeted by bartenders with “what do you want?” if we were greeted at all. Our room keys failed multiple times. WORST STAY EVER.
