Very modern, clean and comfortable. A minor annoyance was the entry area light that turned on every time you used the bathroom and stayed on maybe 5 minutes with no obvious way to disable.

Connected to the park, very convenient. Need to pay the luggage fee (M:300yen, L:500yen) at coin lockers if you want to go to the park before c/in. We stayed upstairs but there was no lift so it was hard to go up with large, heavy luggage. They have Onsen in the park (free for hotel users) we didn’t know until we read the info if we knew we would’ve loved to have used it. Overall it was interesting to experience a robot-operating hotel, all the human staff are very nice and the utilities were clean.

The Henna hotel was awesome but the check in was kind of nuts cause the robot check in did not work well so the human worker had to help check us in.Other than that the room was Awesome. Oh also they should have mini buses take you from the park to the hotel til park close. It’s a bit hard when you are handicapped.

Excellent Location for Huis Ten Bosch, Great Price
Excellent location for Huis Ten Bosch, with a private entrance right behind the hotel (no wait!). One robot at check-in “spoke” English, and check in was very easy. Quick walk to shops outside of Huis Ten Bosch for konbini and restaurants. Big bathtub, refrigerator, and safe in room. No coffee, so pick up some drip bags at Family Mart to use with the kettle in the room. Would stay again.
