The property was nice and the beach was private and easy to get to. CJ at the beach was awesome and super helpful. The breakfast was terrible and the service wasn't great. Also, it would have been nice had the staff informed us of the amenities and that tips were included rather than just taking extra tips from us and then us being surprised at the end when we had charges on our bill. But the location was great and it was nice that they didn't let outsiders in there so it seemed private.
Resort was beautiful. Rooms and beaches were clean. Very friendly staff. Just need more of a variety on the food menu.
Everything was great. Loved the room and everyone was so friendly and helpful. One thing I didn’t like was no free shuttle service to the hotel and it would also be good to have a shuttle around the resort. ITS HUGEEE
The facilities and staff were fantastic unfortunately due to COVID Only the one restaurant and bar was open. Would love to visit again when they get fully open.

In general, a nice hotel. The room was large. While everything was generally clean, it was clear the rooms had been closed up for awhile and not necessarily refreshed before guests came. There was significant dust build up on the night stand and phone and on the day of checkout there was a large cockroach in the room. When brought up to front desk, they didn't seem to care. There was only one restaurant open and it was down on the beach. Since I was staying in the main hotel, it meant long walks up and down the hill, which was inconvenient. Once in the restaurant, there was minimal staff and had to wait a significant period of time to get waited on and then receive food. These are difficult times with COVID, but, for the price, I feel these issues could have been mitigated better. I most likely won't spend the money here again.
The hotel was nice but there was ants all in room all over tooth brushes and in everything ,the air didnt work we even changed rooms and was woke up to termites all over my daughter screaming and bites on her legs the service sucked it would take 45 minutes to get a drink or a menu at tables there was more local people at the resort during the day and parking space was limited and nothing was opened except the mermaid restaurant .not exactly what i planned for a birthday and 11 year anniversary and all the customer service host said was did you tell anyone and thats it ,

Location good but water and beaches disappointing. Food average. Very pricy for the quality of service
