Disgusting and dirty
My family and I checked into the hotel and went straight to our room. We immediately smelled cigarette smoke and weed. We left within a few minutes to catch a train to NYC. When we got back, I asked the front desk for extra blankets so we could use the pull out sofa (the entire reason we chose the room). The person said they had no extra blankets bc housekeeping hadn’t done laundry. I went upstairs and pulled my blankets down to go to sleep and there was a huge urine stain and hair in the bed. I went down to the desk and they handed me sheets to change the bedding with. At this point, we decided to leave bc I was just too grossed out. It was an awful experience and I will never stay at a Best Western again.
