1. There was no hot water in either sink or shower, water pressure was very low which made bathing difficult and unpleasant. Also, the toilet didn't flush fully. I notified the desk starting at 9:00 pm as we only got to our room at around 7 pm due to it not being ready at our 4:45pm arrival.
2. So, we went walking around and then we went to dinner and then hoped to shower and go to bed, yet there was no robes in the room, only one set of slippers
3. Our room had no electrical converter as given to other guests and although we asked, were never given one.
4. Upon arrival at 4:45pm our room was not ready yet stated check in is at 4pm. We did not have access to our room until 7pm.
5. The staff committed to put our suitcases in our room when it was ready so they would be there for us. Yet when we retuned from dinner only one suitcase was in the room and my daughters suitcase was not there as promised and we had to call for it.
6. At around 10:15 we received notice that the manager wanted us to move rooms. This after three hours of giving notice of issues and by that time, I relayed it was too late as we had to leave early at 8:30.
7. At 10:45 pm a man came to our room offering to move us. My daughter was already in bed trying to sleep and I relayed this was not an acceptable or comfortable solution.
8. This morning we woke tired and the morning desk told me the night staff didn't relay any details regarding any of the above. So they were completel
