Got engaged at the Rockhouse and Berlandie absolutely made our trip!! She went above and beyond, helping us plan, was super responsive and even checked in on us after we left. Can't think of better hospitality than her, she truly made our stay magical! Shoutout to Evenson who was awesome as well, along with Orlando and Lewis. Just good vibes at this place. This place is very picturesque, with no kids running around. Just a nice feel overall.

Just relax and let them do the rest
The pre-arrival communications was great. We were helped with planning everything we wanted to do. On-site, everyone is very accommodating. Beach chairs, towels, waters… they really focus on letting you relax. The place is small, but so nice! Lunch and dinners were very good. Breakfast was included for our stay and was good most days. We tried everything that had eggs and had fruit everyday. There is nothing else around, so plan on taking a taxi to explore.

Stayed 5 nights at the resort. Beautiful property and setup. Overall, experience was good. Staff was friendly! The trip didn’t start off smoothly with the check in. We had rented a car and parked at the front to check in. A taxi driver had yelled at us for parking there even though he could easily get around. It took some time for someone to guide us to the check in area. Once in the checkin area, the staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed as there was another 3 to 4 couples being assisted as well. We were not acknowledged immediately. We finally got to the room and they showed us where to park our car (parking location wasn’t bad but not super convenient). We had multiple problems with the room the first couple days. Our bedsheets were dirty and had to be changed on the first night. There was also a sewage smell on day 2 and they needed maintenance to fix it. They were able to resolve it. There was also an emergency light button that’s red that stays on 24/7. We had contacted staff and was told it was a charging indicator light and was supposed to stay on. You could see the light on in the room from your bed with all the lights off which was slightly bothersome. We had dinner the first night at Vita on the property. Food was good. I had ordered a glass of wine at dinner and noticed the sticker on the bottle had an use by date from the previous day. When confronting the waiter, he claimed the “use by” date was in fact the “open date”. This did not seem factual.

This was our first time ever staying at a resort, but my wife and I definitely will be back again! Pros: very welcoming and friendly staff. They all had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy their time there. When we first got there, they greeted us with proseco and even had our room ready early. Front desk was able to book snorkeling for us, as well as taxis. They have an app that allows you to communicate with them easy. Room was also very clean, as well as the entire property. It's a small resort, I believe only 28 units, but that is a positive as it is tranquil and easy to get around. There is not much of a beach area, but they have a nice dock and plenty of seating around the entire resort. The cave bar has really good drinks. There is one restaurant on the resort, so I wish they had more dining options, but overall the food was great (breakfast was the best!). Definitely 5 star stay and will come back again!

When we arrived to check in they told us the room was not ready and that we should have lunch until the room was ready and they would come get us (check in was at 3). No one ever came to get us when our room was available we had to go to guest services to ask if the room was available. It was not until we went to ask they said the room was ready. In the room there was ants all over the kitchen and some of the nespresso pods were used and put back for us to use. When we told them about the ant problem in the kitchen and the bathroom they sent someone with raid spray who sprayed the entire kitchen and left the spray on the counter he did not even bother to wipe up the spray after he was done. This is a huge health hazard as it is a chemical and is considered a poison. They never even bothered to spray the bathroom. This created a huge inconvenience as we could not keep anything on the counter even clean cups and spoons or the unused nespresso pods because the ants were all over them.
