The smell of air freshener the moment you opened the door should've been the first clue. The bed sheets were stained, there was no housekeeping so I had to change the linen myself. There was dog food next to the bed. The TV was not working. The gap at the door was big enough to fit my sandals under it. The hallway and elevator carpets look like they have not been vacuumed since they opened the place.
I spoke to Shivam, the GM, and he seemed sincerely apologetic for the my experience.
Don't want to sound like I'm picking apart the place but the same opened water bottle that was in the lobby when I checked in the previous night, was in the same place when I checked out 12 hours later. After my experience, it is my opinion that if you don't clean up the common areas, what should we expect of the rooms?
Breakfast was not bad.
