Don’t stay here. Bathroom gross with dirty tiles. Soft mattress n disgusting floors. Overpriced hotel 1 Star hotel. Maybe repriced to A$40 pet nite hotel. Will not stay here again.
It has many facilities such as swimming pool, gym, restaurant etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has so much potential to be a luxurious resort however it was very run down and outdated. The food was impeccable though, huge complements to the chef.
The people who attended us were lovely. The hotel is very old and VERY limited. The walls are paper thin and I wasn’t able to sleep until I got myself a pair of earplugs. I chose this hotel because it had a water slide and I really thought it was going to be a great option but the truth is I wanted to leave bc I could hear every conversation our neighbours were having and I felt totally out of place. One night it was 2 am and our neighbours were still fighting, we told reception and they kindly helped but the walls are SO thin that I barely slept that night. Food is ok, and waiters at the restaurant were lovely. If you’re looking for a good 3 star hotel, then this is great! I do enjoy a bit more comfort.
Wifi connection was super slow but other than that it was a great stay
outdated hotel. manager on site was so unhelpful with attitude. SPA closed , and pool was dirty. paid a high price and had no value, its depressing.
All the bells and whistles but lacks luster. Rooms spacious , clean and well equipped but overall the resort facilitites were not well presented. Staff seemed disinterested and the touches u would expect to find in a hotel this size just werent there. Seemed to be no one leading the ship and although we understood Covid restrictions were in place and nothing is the norm...but it felt that was being taken advantage of .staff at reception w particularly the evening staff were unhelpful and disinterested .
Was a great place to stay at, my parnters parents now wont stay anywhere else, have already been back once since our first stay and now wanting to book again early in the new yr. We ate breakfasts and some dinners there and the food was lovely and service from staff delightful
Great would come again just needs a little renovation and a light on the balcony would help
If you're reading this review prior to booking and are weighing up whether to stay - let me save you some time - Go elsewhere.. please. Far from a fussy reviewer, this place left us very disappointed. This is a review as at 08/12/2020. We stayed three nights. None of these rooms has a full beach view - it's a view of trees and a glimpse of ocean - not all bad, but worth knowing. NO working in room wifi with no chance of resolving in the near future. We had three other families staying across the resort - for them with kids it was the same.. not working. They have bad rooms and ok rooms (dated) so beware. Room 202 has no balcony (unlike every other room) and had filthy windows - but it's all the same price. After asking nicely if there was any chance of moving from the one room with no balcony to one with, we were told they fully booked (sadly a lie) then after asking a different person, we were moved to their *secret* room 228 - I was told this is always kept available. For the one glimmer of hope of good service I thank Din for his assistance. The same cannot be said for the rudeness of the remaining staff we dealt with at reception. The on duty day manager told one of our party that if he didn't like the room arrangements to take his cash and leave. Not very practical with a party of kids. If you like paying $8.50 for a bowl of chips and having no food service between breakfast and dinner then this might be the place for you. Resort but name only. Never again.
