I have stay at this property before. It has amazing views but could use a refresher as it is getting old. The room felt sterile and dated, like a dated timeshare. The pool was roped off as it was leaking and couldnt be used. I really appreciate the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom for the kids. The view is wonderful.

I stayed here years ago and really enjoyed the resort. It is now very run down...dirty...the only really nice thing is that we had a room on the end with a patio and view but the patio furniture was dirty and inadequate see pictures. Sad that a place with this beautiful setting right on the ocean is being mismanaged

The location is very pretty and overlooks the harbor and bay. The rooms are old, outdated, dirty and shabby. I was charged for parking which was not disclosed to me when I made the reservation. There was no housekeeping available unless the stay exceeds 5 days.

Terrible stay away
The stay was terrible, outdated rooms, excuses on excuses. No ac, rooms were smelly and stained and old. Only one ice machine so far away, and it was in an hot room as listed no ac terrible. The pool was old and gross and no shade no tables but one, the lounge chairs old and cheap and not enough people would hog everything.. no shade, I guess they don’t care if you get skin cancer. Interesting how one family had a shade and was told they are regulars so that means what exactly you spend what 20-50k to get one umbrella for shade so sad excuses and rude front desk, entitled. When checking out cleaning lady kicking you out one hour before check out and called the front desk and they said oh check out is at 11am and after expressing what their employees told us, front desk was quiet no I’m sorry or we will talk to them like they allow bad behavior and harrsement of hotel guests. Very poor establishment, can’t even say you go for a view, you may get stuck on the over side of the hotel looking out to the parking lot. 0/10 not recommend.
