This is at the very top of hill. Using the gps to get to this location will not do good because does not work. With un 7 minutes walk you can be at the downtown goi g down but to get back give your self at least 20 minutes and many rest stops.

I didn't like the smell of the bathroom it smells a lot like sewage even with the door closed in the Bathroom and water not to hot. I like the staff in Reception.

Check in was a nightmare. We sent a sales representative to the hotel and the reservation was paid by the director of the company. We had to talk by phone up to 3 times, send multiple whatsapps and copies of the card and personal information of the company`s director.

Bait and switch. Booked the Lu dry room with the view instead they placed us in an inferior smaller room without the view. Front desk was super nice but didn’t solve anything. They asked for extra cash if we wanted the room in the photos.

Excelente habitación, pero pocos muebles.
La habitación estaba excelente, muy amplia, con una vista estupenda, pero tenía muy pocos muebles. Recomendaría que, para maximizar la experiencia de los huéspedes, poner muebles para poder guardar la ropa y agregar puertas al closet.

E lugar es comodo y aplio y con una impresionante, hay que tomar en cuenta que para llegar al centro hay que caminar al rededor de 5 minutos al monumento al pipila y ahi tomar el fonicular que te deja justo detras del tetro juarez.
