Unhappy stay, AC problem
My husband and I had a 4-night stay from April 29 to May 3rd, 2023 and the room temperature was constantly between 26.5 to 27 degree celcius. The room was hot and it was difficult for us to sleep. We reported this problem to the front desk many times. Unfortunately, we were told that AC controls the entire building but they will try to adjust the temperature. Finally, a fan was sent to our room at 1am on our last night of stay and the temperature only went down to 24.5 degree celcius. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but we did not have a pleasant stay.

Family vacation
Room was smaller than we thought but overall was ok. The hotel location is great, central to a lot of places. The room was cleaned. Wish there is a mirror in the room beside the one in the bathroom. We probably won’t stay here next time.

Hotel room was clean, towels were changed everyday. Location was convenient, 5mins walk to Jonggak or Gwanghwamun station, 2 stations away from Seoul station. Many eateries nearby. Will consider to stay there again if I go back to Seoul.
