Nice place, but meh….
Nice place, but beds are definitely not comfortable. Very hard and uncomfortable compared to most hotel beds we have stayed in. Service was decent, but when we had any needs at all, it felt like we I inconvenienced the staff. On one case we just needed water from the water machine in the breakfast area and they refused to let us get it. Then when the coffee machine quit working, they did not seem to care. I ended up fixing it myself following the instructions on the screen. When the sausage ran out at breakfast, again, felt like we were interrupting the duties of the lady in charge as she wanted to clean the tables before making sure there was food available for the customers.

Our stay was great. All of the staff we encountered was great, very friendly and professional. Our room keys got deactivated the next day by mistake and they were quick to resolve. Only complaint was that the 3 ice machines were broken. Just a minor inconvenience.

Great stay, bad policy
We enjoyed our stay, however we almost didn’t stay there. Upon checking in, the desk clerk told us we couldn’t stay since we had a local address. This is a horrible policy, and quite unfriendly. We were wanting to stay for no other reason than the interior of our home was being painted.

We only stayed 1 night, with a late flight into Kansas City and an early morning appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Picked us up at the airport with no wait at midnight in the cold, then took us to the car rental service in the morning. We expected to be taken only to the airport and then take their shuttle to the car rental service. Transportation provided by the hotel made our trip easy. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel w friendly and accommodating staff. We travel a lot in many areas of the country. This hotel impressed us. The price is an amazing value, i was suspicious of the reviews. I couldn't believe it. Thanksgiving the prices are higher and tge availability was slim. So we decided to try this hotel for one night. Upon seeing the condition of the property, we quickly extended our stay for 2 more nights. The hotel is very clean looks new with clean carpet too. Huge Hot tub and pool! Nice courtyard. We will definitely stay again and again. Believe this review it's true! No complaints. We usually spend twice as much for a hotel of this quality and only get half as much. For example you wouldn't get free breakfast, gated parking or a hot tub! Stay Here!
