The Hotel clearly benefits from its fantastic location within "The Circle". It was my first stay at this property and it was ok, but I must say that I expected more from a Hyatt Regency. Waiting for 10 minutes at the "please wait to be seated sign" at the restaurant before being noticed by the barman did not help the impression.
