Clean room, great location , great breakfast and excellent hospitality! Thank you Hoa, Huong, Sang for great service! Special thanks to Sang. I asked her to recommend me a place to buy lychee. She arranged and personally went to collect and send to hotel on her Off day! And that was 5kg of lychee. I really appreciate that! Definitely Square Villa!

This little boutique hotel has everything we needed while vacationing in Hoi An. Owned and operated by a small family, we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was a combination of either western or local vietnamese cuisine. Their banh mi is better than many other restaurants or street stalls. The staff is always helpful in booking/reserving transportation for us, answering our questions regarding site seeing excursions.

This a quaint hotel 5 minutes from the ancient town and night market. The staff was outstanding, accommodating and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. They helped us book motorbikes for our incredible journey to the Hai Van Pass and the Baha hills. They arranged or cab/shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is close to everything and walkable. Hoi An was our favourite part of our 3 week journey through Vietnam.

Amenities are way more than adequate as though they are slated for a 4.5 star resort… notably for room spaciousness, cleanliness and near new equipment provided, e.g. TV, fridge, curtains, lighting, AC, bathroom top rated features and hot water provisioning and super accommodating staff… and (free) bike availability
