Cigarette burns on the vanity. No trash can. Dirty floors especially in the bathroom. Worn out mattress woken at midnight by other loud guest and then again at 5:00 am by guest screaming outside. Overall a terrible night. Never again.

The room was super dirty. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room. It stank of cigarettes and had cigarette burns everywhere. I've been here for more than five days, and yet, they haven't received my deposit. They've been holding it for many days.

Mirror broken in bathroom, filthy shower I have seen cash stations cleaner than the bathroom. The woman running the desk was amazing unfortunately the place was really rundown, furniture broken, walls/surfaces were dirty/stained/had holes and doors were beaten bent in and felt unsafe. We did not stay and did not touch the room. The woman at the desk refunded the deposit and tried helping us but the manager refused to refund me for the night stay.
