The only complaint I have to make is we could hear people in the adjacent rooms through interconnecting doors. apart from this we had an enjoyable stay and was very fortunate to leave before the devastating floods. We hope you can all recover quickly and get all the help you need.

The best stay in Queenstown!
Love love love. Room had great soundproofing, room was extremely comfortable and clean. Location is gold as town is right there and you do not need to hike the hill like other places on offer. Breakfast provided was amazing and 100% worth it if you like food ! When we come back to Queenstown we will definitely be staying here !

Hotel was fantastic. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and will do again when I go to Queenstown. The Crowne is located in the heart of the city overlooking the lake. Staff are super friendly and on top of everything. The bathroom has a wonderful bath that is deep so you can relax. I stay in a lot of hotels and it’s rare that you get a bath let alone a nice deep one. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for one in Queenstown. Also there are loads of restraunts close by to choose from and also the bus to the airport is right outside the front door and is $5 pp much cheaper than a $50 taxi fare.
