建物の築年数はそれなりに経っています。でも丁寧にリペアしてあり掃除も行き届いているので気持ちよく過ごせます。 部屋もベッドもバスルームも広いです。タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオルだけでなくハンドタオルもあります。なかなかオススメのホテルです。

水戸駅から近く、セブンイレブンもホテル前の道路を挟んである。部屋はとてもきれいで清潔。お湯もきちんと出ます。部屋にズボンプレッサーがあるのはグッドポイント、値段以上で満足できます。
