Got a room with two beds, but quality was poor, but clean so we could rest which was the only good thing about the property. And the host was nice. The bathroom was a wet room, which is fine, but the shower handle was broken, so literally no place to keep the shower head. The sink shelf was so slanted that it was useless and we had no place to keep a toothbrush, toothpaste, or any other toiletries. There was no place to even keep the soap without it sliding and falling off. The hooks in the bathroom were also useless, so there was no place to hang the towel after taking a shower. For the price, I have stayed in much better places. If this is your budget and nothing else in Marmaris can fit, go to Fethiye and fine a similar or more relaxed environment for better accommodations in the same budget range.

A very basic hotel but clean. The bathroom plumbing needs attention. Location was good, not too far to walk to the bus station or the Old Town. I was annoyed that they only accepted cash as a payment when it specifically said on the website that credit cards are accepted.

Dirty sheets. Not as advertised. Pictures used not from the property. Horrible mattress on beds. The guy at reception was not friendly, he was making sure i am staying for only 1 night because the next night the rates will change. Bad lighs in hallways at night, i almost fell. Water from the pool is through tile entrance, almost slipped. All in all i would never stay there.

The shower curtain was absolutely disgusting and visually brown at the bottom. The shower didn't have hot water, we had to take cold showers in the morning in plain winter season and because of that we were 10min late to check out. At 12:10h a Turkish woman was already knocking at our door (she didn't spoke English) and we were trying to explain what happened that we were about to leave. Worth mentioning that the walls are paper thin, we can hear everything from the rooms next to us and the bed was not comfortable at all.

Birkaç sorun yaşadık burada. Birincisi konaklayacak kişi gelmeden önce daha özenli bir hazırlık yapılması gerekiyor odada diye düşünüyorum. Duş jeli ve sabun özensiz bir sekilde bırakılmış ve banyo rafında ne zamandan kaldığı belli olmayan su lekeleri vardı. Bir de kaldığımız odada balkon kapısını kilitlemek için gereken anahtar delikte kırılmıştı, bu sebeble balkon kapısı kapanmıyordu. Bu durumu anlattığımda haberlerinin olmadığını ve bakacaklarını söylediler. Bakınca da hiç bir değişiklik yapılmadı, baska bir odaya da almadılar. Korkmayın bir şey olmaz dediler sadece. Ama odaların balkonları bitişik ve bence riskliydi. Banyo ve odalar çok küçük, balkon yeterli boyuttaydı. Havuzlu ama havuzu çok küçük, kullanamadık. Genel olarak bakımsız bir yer. Kamp sonrası bir günlük dinlenme durağı olarak kullanıp çıktık.

Öncelikle işletmeye gittik hoşnutsuz bir takım sorularla karşılaştık bizi neden aramadınız türk müsünüz tarzında ardından iş ödemeye geldi vergi vermemek için hotels üzerinden ödemeyi kapatmışlar biz kartla ödemek isteyince ise miktarın üzerine ek %10 konaklama vergisi ekleriz dediler ancak hotelsten baktığımızda vergi dahil görünüyordu. Ayrıca sabah kapımıza vurup çıkış saati var şeklinde uyardılar ne bir güler yüz ne de iyi bir hizmet aldık tavsiye etmiyoruz

Otel hiç fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi değil. Orda gösterdiklerimizi sunmak zorunda değiliz biz otelin imkanlarını gösteriyoruz sadece gibi bir dönüş aldık. Otel pis ve berbat durumda, yıllardır çarşaflar değişmemiş temizlik yapılmamış gibi çok kötü durumda. Odada her saatte sıcak su bulunmuyor belirli saatte açıyorlarmış. Ödemeyi de ibanla alıyorlar resmi bir ödeme işlemi de dönmüyor. Resepsiyondaki adamın iletişimi sorunlu. Kesinlikle bu işletmenin porfpöyden çıkarılması gerekiyor.

Otelin konumu dışında iyi olan birşey ile karşılaşamadık. Sıcak suyu gece kapatıyorlar, öğle saatlerinde ancak geliyor. Extra yastık istenince deponun kilitli olduğu anahtarın da yerini bilmediklerine yönelik bir cevap aldık. Merkeze yakın olması tek artısıydı.

Genel olarak fena değildi. Biz eşimle ağustosta konakladık. Kaldığımız oda çok sıcaktı ve klima çok uzun süre soğutmadı, banyonun önünde ve içinde karıncalar vardı. Onun dışında kısa süreli konaklama için ideal.
