Nice place
We chose this place for the location which is amazing and for the good reviews and the washer/dryer. Just know that there is not any kind of attendant or person in this location ever. They are stationed in some other building. WhatsAp is a nice tool to use with them but has its limits. The dryer doesn't always work and there is no manual or way to get immediate help or clothespins for the line. The elevator always worked. The people online were very nice and respectful even if they couldn't help.

Great location, needs some home comforts
Very clean apartment, easy to get into with the key box as we arrived quite late at night. It's very clean with nice touches in the welcome pack. Really close to the Sagrada Familia and the metro so that was all great. The lighting in the apartment is really harsh which made it difficult to relax at night. The sofa is also very hard and not very comfortable, The bedside lights also had eye wateringly bright bulbs with no shades. The TV wouldn't work after about 8.30; it seemed the WIFI couldn't cope. This would be a great apartment if you are out in the evenings but if you have kids and can't do this then it's a not very relaxing.

Excellent apartment
Apartment was wonderful, a good space for our family, clean and well kempt. We had a two bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a sofa bed in the lounge which would have allowed an extra 2 people to stay. I expect the apartment would feel cramped with 6 people. The location was excellent - a short walk to Sagrada Familia, the metro station, restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets. We booked continental breakfast which was delivered to our apartment every afternoon for the following morning. The staff were really helpful and easy to contact via business WhatsApp. Ability to leave luggage at their central offices if you have an early or late transport from Barcelona. A small rooftop pool at the apartment block - which has a beautiful view over Sagrada Familia. Pool would be great in the summer but a bit cold in October!

The remote was not working and the door on the bedroom balcony did not shut properly but this did not impact negatively on our stay and my son and i had an incredible time. The views were incredible, and there was no noise apart from locals just enjoying the night with friends and family. Absolutely beautiful and eill definitely be booking to come back again. The apartment only has 8 flats/ units so the roof top pool area is rarely busy. It’s a small pool and there is a lot of seating to relax and look out at Sagrada Familia … it’s really special. There wasn’t a lot of clothing shopping, which I like, but many souvenir shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The only issue is the door lock instructions are explained backwards. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique Barcelona experience.

Our keys were not ready at the 3:00 check in time- we had to reach out to the management company a few times. Also, another guest actually had our room keys when we got access into the building- we were lucky enough they spoke English so we were able to obtain the keys from them. Unsure if they were able to get their keys.

The location is a little hard to find because the small street to the front door is beside and amongst a sitting area for restaurants and shops. But once you figure that out the experience is excellent. There are 3-4 supermarkets and several bakeries within 2 blocks of the apartment and very walkable city. The only thing I would comment on is that the safety railings around the pool were loose and one base rusted through.

My family loved everything about this property! Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, across the street from the basilica was a park that our kids enjoyed, multiple super markets and restaurant options. We enjoyed the breakfast boxes which were restocked daily! Icing on the cake was the rooftop pool with views of the Sagrada Familia and surrounding city. We would definitely stay here again.
