The perfect home away from home. Enjoy the "Ritz Carlton of Carlsbad" in this newer 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on your next trip to Carlsbad, NM. This home easily supports sleeping for 10 guests comfortably. You won't find a nicer home decorated so brilliantly and fun! We got arcade and retro games for the little and big kids too! 65" Flat screen with Youtube TV cable, 55" in the Master and 34" in the Bunk Room. This how features 2 King beds with duvet covers that get washed after each guest (most blankets don't get washed for 6 months of more). Also our Bunk room sleeps 4 and includes a SNES GAME CONSOLE with 500+ games. Stay in this newer house and enjoy the best place in Carlsbad. Small dogs under 25 lbs are welcome with nightly pet fee per dog.

Perfect base camp for the weekend
Communication with the owner throughout the process was awesome. We had everything we needed for a great weekend with the family. The house was immaculate and the layout was perfect for giving everyone their space while still having plenty of room to gather together.

Carlsbad Caverns
We spent two nights and took my grandson to Carlsbad Caverns. The house was great and the room with bunk beds would be great for a family with a few kids. Loved the gaming console and TV in the kids room. Very nice house for a family getaway!

Carlsbad Caverns trip
My family and I wanted to see the Caverns before traveling back to Texas and it did not disappoint! Carlsbad Caverns is one of our favorite places! The last time we visited, we stayed at a hotel in Carlsbad and with our teenagers and my Mom, we definitely needed more room! Carlsbad is not the fanciest place to stay, but this little house was great for us. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower in the master was very nice after a long day traveling. My boys loved the fire pit outdoors and enjoyed skateboarding at the sports plex across the street. We would stay here again!

Carlsbad Vacation Rental
Our family (2 adults, 4 kids) were very comfortable in this clean, well equipped vacation rental. Location was within a reasonable driving distance (1 hour or less) of Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Grocery stores and restaurants were relatively close by as well. Property owners were informative and dedicated to making our check-in and check-out process easy. Of note, the property is located on a very busy street. Overall, this is a very clean, comfortable property and we would certainly recommend it to friends & family.
